The Øksfjordian youth held its own during the first judo tournament of the season in Talvik today. The inexperienced group showed courage, endevour and natural talent against the traditionally strong judo clubs from Talvik and Alta. The long drive home was a treacherous affair due to severe snow drift.

Meet Simon, a newcomer to this hidden paradise, whose name is unfortunately pronounced in these parts as sounding less like "lime on" and more like "tea men".
