A staff meeting at Øksfjord's Høgtun school, offering the most breathtaking office views in the northern hemisphere, was rudely interrupted by two enormous sea eagles floating on a southern wind just a few metres from the window. Yesterday a large group of white sided dolphins known in these parts as springers entertained lunching teachers. As the magnificent mammels playfully danced alongside fishing boats, the conversation changed tack. "Delicious meat, those springers, very tender."
