A minor scare in the village yesterday as a resident decided to celebrate the fine weather by building a camp fire a little too close to his house. The fire brigade took control of the situation just as the flames began to lick at the woodwork. All eyes will be on the telly tonight as the Norwegian entry into the Eurovision contest will perform in the semi final in Baku, Azerbaijan. Fingers crossed that artist 'Tooji' can do his country proud. Whatever happens, most will be tuned in to the final on Saturday to view a frenzy of questionable costumes, dazzling lighting, songs of varying degrees of quality and a heap of biased voting.
